MB Universal Toolkit 0.39.0 - third-party components

MBUT application
The MBUT application is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later; see LICENSE.txt.
Its matching application source, build instructions and component material
are available without charge from:
https://mbut.dev/licences/
The Windows download contains runnable files. Source archives are separate.
Extract MBUT-0.39.0-source.zip and follow BUILD.txt. From its source folder,
run .\Build.ps1 -DesktopOnly with Windows PowerShell and .NET Framework 4.8
to build MBUT.exe in the parent folder. Building the companion programs also
requires the runtime dependencies described by the supplied build scripts.

Engine runtime libraries
The engine folder contains the unchanged Cygwin, libgcc, libiconv, libewf,
libjpeg-turbo, ncurses and zlib DLLs supplied with the official Windows
package. They retain their upstream copyright and licence terms.
Source archives, maintainer patches and build recipes for these seven DLLs
are available in the separate runtime source download:

Hardware monitoring
Libre Hardware Monitor 0.9.6 and its dependency libraries are distributed
unmodified. Per-component versions, copyright notices and licence terms
are in sensors/licenses/. Libre Hardware Monitor, BlackSharp.Core,
DiskInfoToolkit and RAMSPDToolkit-NDD use MPL-2.0. The embedded PawnIO
modules retain their LGPL-2.1 terms. Their source archives are provided
in sensors/source/ inside the separate toolkit licence archive.

Boot components and memory testing
Memtest86+ retains its GPL licence and notices in memtest/.
GRUB and shim retain their respective copyright and licence notices in
bootmenu/. Their source packages and packaging files are provided in the
separate toolkit licence archive. Source and build instructions for the
MB Rescue application are linked separately on the licences page.

Microsoft offline registry library
PasswordRecovery/offreg.dll is the unmodified Microsoft offline registry
library. See PasswordRecovery/DEPENDENCY-NOTICE.txt and WDK-LICENSE.rtf
in that folder for its origin and terms. It is not licensed under MBUT's GPL.

Storage drivers
The existing collection and its notices have not changed in this revision.
The following original integration notes are retained:

LOCAL STORAGE-DRIVER IMPORT (0.28)
Selected OEM driver packages were imported from a locally supplied driver collection.
Original files and vendor notices are preserved in StorageDrivers. Vendor terms
apply; this local import does not grant redistribution rights. See its README
and validation manifest.


OFFICIAL HPE DRIVER ADDITIONS (0.31)
Five packages downloaded directly from HPE. Original runtime files and vendor
licences are preserved in StorageDrivers/HPE-ML350-Gen10. See SOURCES.json.

Windows PE is obtained from the user’s Microsoft installation and built locally. It is not included in this app download.

Automatically downloaded clean-build helpers (MBUT 0.39.0)
The error-87 recovery path downloads QEMU for Windows (11.1.0 build dated
2026-08-11), 7-Zip 26.04, and its 7zr bootstrap directly from their publishers.
These helper binaries are not included in the MBUT app or update ZIPs.
Downloads and the executable runtime files are verified against pinned hashes.
Their original files and notices remain in the local CleanBuilder cache.
